UK & Worldwide Delivery

Postage and packing is free for UK mainland orders over £50.00 value. For UK orders under £50, and for all orders to Europe and the Rest of the World, shipping charges apply calculated by the weight of the item, its volumetric weight and other factors. We offer worldwide shipping. However, you will need to create an account with your country/address details to see the shipping rate to your country. Delivery may also be substantially delayed due to long customs processing times. Some customs agencies are advising of a 25 working day delay so please consider this when ordering.

We don't aim to make money on postage (in fact, we often lose money!) but we ONLY use a tracked/signed for services from the likes of DHL express. 

This means that carriage can be quite expensive (a package that could be sent for £4 on an untracked service could be sent by us for over £7 on a tracked, signed-for service to a residential address with stronger chemicals within the consignment. And the size, weight, type or characteristics of certain products simply makes them uneconomical to ship. Sometimes, adding or subtracting an item can make all the difference, so feel free to adjust your basket. Anything bulky or heavy won't like leaving the country...

We strive to deliver your purchase to you as soon as we can; in some cases this will be the next working day (place your order before 11am for best results). Orders place in late morning or the afternoon will often go the next day due to courier collection timings. However please allow up to two working days for delivery of UK orders before contacting us.

For European and Rest of World orders, customs are causing massive delays currently so please allow an additional 25 working days in addition to regular transit times (usually up to a week). Unfortunately, we cannot even complain to customs about this, so please be patient or order elsewhere. We will not be able to refund for delayed deliveries until the customs processing time has elapsed.

No responsibility can be accepted for delivery to an incorrectly submitted address or if the delivery is not clearly signed for by the purchaser.

Please accept damaged items and then notify us immediately of the damage and take photographs of the packaging and the item. Items are bagged for transit in case of leakage. Do not refuse or send back damaged parcels but inspect them carefully and safely before reporting to us.
